I could live here! What a wonderful place and the staff make it the ultimate place to stay. The room was fresh and clean. The pool was amazing and some of the best food you will find anywhere. Only picking point was the music playing during dinner. There was a DJ that didn't play the most appropriate dinner music in a place like this. While a fan of Pick Floyd, Comfortably Numb and other classic rock songs would not have been my pick.

We had an amazing time here! The girls at reception were great and helped us with anything we needed. We dined at the restaurant three nights in a row and every meal was just so delicious. Also the staff here was so kind and attentive. We loved everything and hope to come back!
I loved this place! So beautiful, great location, close to the shopping mall which was a plus in my opinion. The pool was so refreshing on a hot day. The staff honestly is what stole the show for me. They were so amazing to myself and my family. We felt so welcomed and not “judged” as we unfortunately had felt at other places. The staff here were so nice and friendly I would definitely stay here again and recommend this resort to anyone. The staff was really nice and accommodating to my 2.5 yr old daughter which really made me feel at ease. Everything was top notch and worth the price. Everything was up to date and fresh in the room. The property is gorgeous. The food at the restaurant was great.
Great luxury, clean and well maintained accomodation with stunning views over the Tuscany landscape. Breakfast good. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Nice place to relax and to visit Florence.
Restaurant offers great quality. If you prefer to go for diner outside accomodation we recommend Casa Me’Mà (hidden cozy surprise in Figline Valdarno).
Road to the hotel is partly gravel roads with some holes which is very authentic but can be challenging for some drivers.
The food is simply fantastic!! Service was smart and professional; the wine list is very interesting and quite broad with correct pricing. The view is beautiful. A really gastronomic gem. Go there!
